At ONELOVE, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
